GO RED KNIGHTS!
Welcome to the Milwaukee Lutheran Cheerleading website. While we had an awesome year for 2006-2007; 2007-2008 was even better and who knows what will happen in 2008-2009. We have both JV and a Varsity squads that cheer for all Football games in the Fall and all home girls and boy basketball in the Winter season. Every year we sponsor a Grade School Cheer Clinic and participate in competitive cheer competitions around the state.
MLHS Cheer and Dance will host the "WI Spirit Classic" for the third year in a row. It will take place on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th. It will be wonderful for so many from the school to see what the competitive side of cheer and dance is like!!
The 200702008 Varsity squad went to State for the fourth year in a row and were blessed to come home with a 2nd place finish in Division 2 Small [State Runner up!!]. The Varsity entered two Stunt groups into State for the second year and ended with both of them getting medals - the took 2nd and 3rd. We have been trully blessed with wonderful talent. Three individuals from Varsity were names to the All-State team, they are seniors Meg Buckridge and Kristin Wanta and junior Taylor Young. Congratulations girls - your hard work has paid off.
The 2007-2008 JV went to JAM for the second year and took 2nd place in the JV Small division. Both squads had the privilege to compete in multiple competitions. We look forward to the upcoming talent.

May 9th - Cheer Tryouts - School Fieldhouse - Begin @ 6:00 pm
(We will work with individuals on a one-on-one basis that might have conflicts with above dates)
