MLHS LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER
Navigating a vastly expanding, increasingly complex ocean of information is a challenge for all citizens of the world. Those who are information literate will successfully meet this challenge by applying the practical and critical thinking skills needed to identify, access, evaluate and use information. Finding appropriate information helps an individual answer questions, solve problems, make decisions, and expand his/her knowledge.
The Milwaukee Lutheran High School Media Center has current topic books, career information, paperback fiction books, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, The USA Today, current magazines, and other books to help the student do research and reports.
The Media Center has 10 networked computers with access to the Internet, other resources, Microsoft Word and Power Point. There are also 26 networked computers in the library computer lab that is used by classroom teachers.
