Course Information
This is a one credit class that meets in the summer months, and during the student's first semester Resource Study Hall. Students must register for this class separately and are admitted at the teacher's discretion. There is an additional fee to cover costs of operating in the summer. Applications will be available from Mrs. Koebert at the time of registration. A fee will be assessed to cover the cost of operating in the summer.

Course Description
This class, which meets in the summer months, is designed for incoming freshmen who have diagnosed learning difficulties and/or have been accepted into the Transitional Educational Services Department. Students will learn specific strategies to use for taking notes, keeping organized, taking tests, remembering information, and completing assignments. In addition, students will gain self-advocacy skills that will increase their independence and confidence.

This class will meet for eight mornings - July 16-20 & 23-25; 9:00-11:30 am
