Course Description

     This course is for students interested in the area of designing homes.
Students will design and draw several different house styles using computer-aided
design(CAD) software. Students will deal with building codes, size and cost
restrictions in the challenge to create appealing family housing.

• Foundation Plan Drawing 15%

Grading Scale

• A (100-95) A- (94-93) B+ (92-91)

Homework Policy

• Unexcused late work will be reduced 3 points per day.

Absence Policy

• Missed assignments should be completed within one week upon returning to school.

Retest Policy

• Retesting maybe granted after meeting with the instructor.
