9-5-08             Check the “Getting’ to Know Your Textbook” worksheet and start on interesting fact poster.

9-4-08             Check “The Simpsons” experiment page.  Work on finding things in the textbook.

9-3-08             Finish the scientific method activity.  (Finish any conclusions and share what you found with the class.)

9-2-08             Continue scientific method activity.  (Test and record the dependent variable, create a table and graph for the information, and form a conclusion for the experiment.)

8-29-08           Continue scientific method activity.  (Identify the problem, form a hypothesis and implementing the independent variable.  Possibly testing the dependent variable.)

8-28-08           Continue the scientific method activity by making and testing the gyrocopter.

8-27-08           Start scientific method activity by looking at an experiment and walking through the scientific method.

8-26-08           Start going over syllabus and play get-to-know-you game.
