- Prerequisites: Taken Physics (SC 350) AND ADVANCED ALGEBRA TRIG (MA 350) OR HIGHER - Strongly suggest taken or concurrently taking Calculus (MA 550 or MA 575); Taken or concurrently taking Chemistry (SC 330). You must fill out an application in Decemeber and be accepted by the instructor in order to take the class.

Course Description:
This Advanced Placement (A.P.) course will offer a second year of physics study for the upper level science student. Through challenging content, each student will experience college level topics and material in physics. It is intended for students who are pursuing a science field for a career and/or wish to attempt to earn college credit and/or higher placement from a college or university by scoring appropriately on the A.P. exam. (Limited enrollment.)
