Homework, participation, quizzes, projects and memory all make up the total grade. Quizzes are the largest portion of the total grade. Quizzes are based on the notes, readings and worksheets given in class.



Late homework will have deductions
Excused late work must be discussed with teacher - a note, phone call or E-mail from parent is typically necessary
Absences on quiz day will be made up the day the student returns
Student help day is mandatory for all students receiving a D or F in the class.
Zero tolerance for cheating and plagarism - A zero will be given for that assignment
