Course Information
- Number of semesters: 1 semester is required and the other may be taken as an elective
- Course credit: 1 credit hour per semester
- Open to grades: 10th grade girls
- Prerequisite: Girls Physical Education I (PE 110)

Course Description
The emphasis on girls' physical education on the sophomore level is on the fundamentals of physical education and fitness as learned through participation in individual and dual sports and some team sports.

1st unit - Weight Training/Ropes
2nd unit - Bowling
3rd unit - Tennis or Levels 1, 2, and 3 Swimming
